HEART of San Mateo County provides downpayment assistance loans for first-time homebuyers in San Mateo County.  Together with Meriwest Mortgage, HEART has created a customized loan package that is not offered by any other lender.  HEART's goal is to help potential buyers purchase a home with a 5% downpayment.
